Roxana's Floral

I ordered flowers for a funeral that were never delivered. I never even received a call that the order was not going to be fulfilled so that I could order flowers from another florist. I did receive a confirmation of the order when purchased, so I would recommend calling to make sure they are actually going to fulfill your order or you’ll be left with nothing. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

What I ordered last year and what they delivered were totally different arrangements. I found out because a photo of the delivered flowers was sent to me. I ordered the Standard flowers, and what was received was less than the Standard arrangement. And their prices are at least $20.00 more than Teleflora. So, what I paid for the arrangement was more than $50.00 more than I would have paid at Teleflora for the exact same item. Roxana uses the same item numbers and the same photos. It is embarrassing when a friend receives something that is small, dried up, and scraggly-looking. I paid $102.54 for the arrangement from Roxana; this year it costs $78.55 from Teleflora (Premium). $34.59 more. But what was delivered wasn't the Standard. It was a bait and Switch, a Fraud, whatever you want to call it. I've used this florist for several years. But, NO MORE, EVER.

Perfect place to go for new scents shopping. Really catered to my needs and let me try samples before choosing. Really appreciated how kind they were!

I am honestly shocked by how poorly executed this arrangement was from Roxana’s. While the flowers themselves were fresh, the overall presentation was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth $150. The vase was small and the bouquet looked nothing like the advertised photo. Instead of a full, structured, professionally designed peony arrangement, I received something uneven and sloppy. Several blooms were drooping, the greenery overwhelmed the flowers, and the stems were visibly tangled in the vase. It looked rushed and careless rather than thoughtfully arranged. For a business in Silver Spring that claims to provide “the finest floral arrangements” and go “the extra mile,” this fell far below expectations. Fresh flowers alone do not justify the price when the design and presentation are this poor. I cannot recommend based on this experience.

This flower shop is truly a hidden gem! The selection is beautiful, and what really stood out was how kind and helpful the staff were. The worker who assisted me took their time, was incredibly patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their craft. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for quality flowers and exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back!
